VALENCO is a Real Estate services company specialized in Integrated Project Management of your commercial construction developments. As Project Manager, we offer our portfolio of services to all kind of clients and partners (owners, buyers, tenants, department of expansion in multinational companies or investors) from the sector of commercial and industrial Real Estate (shopping centers, commercial buildings, industrial and logistics buildings) across Europe, particularly in Spain, Hungary and Poland.

We develop projects for both our own portfolio and in collaboration with partners or national and international investors. Our services cover from the advising on buying a commercial/industrial plot or asset to planning and drafting the whole business project, but also we manage the budgets, advising on financial issues, sales of properties or asset, and search and selection of an operator and/or buyer for your plot or asset. Our team will take charge of the business brokerage, financial, urban and administrative procedures, control of construction process and ensure a technical monitoring of the project to provide the best solution for your business project.

VALENCO has a strong internal financing capability and can assess the possibility of investing with other partners in real estate projects and commercial developments, with a special interest in the retail parks market of  medium cmmercial surfaces for our national and international clientele.
